The Inovance SCARA robot, as the core execution unit of the system, is responsible for the precise movement and accurate positioning of products between various production stages, while the conveyor belt acts as the artery for product transfer, seamlessly connecting each production stage.

Breakdown of Each Process

FRU Reading:

Function: This stage is specifically used to capture and identify key information on the product, such as serial numbers, batch numbers, production dates, etc., providing essential data for subsequent processing and tracking.
Implementation: This may involve using barcode scanners, RFID readers, or high-resolution cameras combined with image recognition technology to quickly and accurately read information.

CCD Test:

Function: Using the high-precision imaging capabilities of a CCD camera, this stage conducts a comprehensive inspection of the product's appearance, including but not limited to size measurement, defect detection, and position verification, ensuring that the product quality meets standards.
Implementation: After the CCD camera captures the product image, it is analyzed in real-time using advanced image processing algorithms, quickly identifying and reporting the product's status.

FRU Writing:

Function: This stage involves marking or printing necessary information on the product, such as test results, completion dates, serial numbers, etc., to facilitate subsequent product tracking and management.
Implementation: High-precision marking equipment, such as laser markers, inkjet printers, or dot matrix printers, can be used to make permanent or temporary markings on the product surface as required.

Conveyor Belt:

As a key component of the production line, the conveyor belt is responsible for smoothly and quickly transferring products from one production stage to the next, ensuring continuity and efficiency in the production process.

Packaging Machine:

After the product has completed all designated processes, the packaging machine automatically seals the product, forming the final market-ready form and protecting it from external environmental factors.

Installation Method of Safety Light Curtain
In conveyor belt systems, Light Curtains play a crucial role. The QBT series of compact light curtains from DADISICK are horizontally installed on both sides of the conveyor belt. When a product passes through the light curtain, the sensor array detects the presence of the object and immediately sends a signal to the control system. This signal triggers the control system to perform corresponding operations, such as adjusting the robot’s working position or starting or stopping the next machine, ensuring smooth and safe production processes.

Additionally, the QT series safety light curtains are vertically installed at the entrance and exit points of the conveyor belt, forming an invisible safety barrier. The application of these light curtains not only significantly enhances the automation level of the production line but also greatly improves the safety protection for operators, making them an indispensable safety detection solution in modern production lines.
